Ding & Dang Canyons - Topography

Price

$28.00

Embarking on a canyoneering adventure through Ding and Dang Canyons in Utah's San Rafael Swell offers a thrilling journey through sculpted sandstone narrows and challenging obstacles. The loop typically begins by ascending Ding Canyon, where hikers navigate smooth slickrock ramps and tight passages, occasionally scrambling over boulders and chockstones. After reaching a saddle near the distinctive Ding Dang Dome, the route descends into Dang Canyon, presenting more technical challenges such as steep downclimbs and narrow ledges. Some sections may require stemming over pools or using a rope for added safety, especially after recent rains. This approximately 5-mile loop combines physical exertion with the serene beauty of Utah's desert canyons, making it a memorable experience for seasoned adventurers.

PRODUCT INFO

All models (unless by custom request) will be 3D printed using PLA plastic. Please be aware that minor flaws are to be expected from the 3D printing process, especially on the bottom of the model (where they won't be seen). Many products are made using rainbow or color gradient filaments. This means that the color changes along the length of the filament roll and that colors may not be identical to those seen in the pictures. For a better idea of color choices, please see the Color Selection Guide.
