SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Delivery

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are shipped using our most economical option, which may include USPS Ground Advantage or another cost-effective carrier. Free shipping typically takes 3–8 business days to arrive after processing. 

Carrier selection: For free shipping orders, our fulfillment team reserves the right to choose the most economical and efficient carrier available. We primarily use USPS for most packages but may use UPS or FedEx for larger or heavier items. 

Expedited shipping: If you need your order faster, you can select and pay for an expedited shipping service (e.g., USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground) at checkout. Our website will show you the available options and costs for your location. If you don't see an appropriate option, please message us.

Exemptions: Some items may be exempt from free shipping due to their size, weight, or custom nature. This will be noted on the product page and at checkout. 

Shipping restrictions: We cannot ship to all locations. We also may not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses for all shipping methods, as these may be restricted to USPS services only. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have concerns. We try to make accommodations when we are able. 

International shipping: Currently, we do not ship internationally. Please contact us if you need your order shipped internationally. We may be able to make an exception. If so, the customer is responsible for all shipping,  customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times for international orders can vary widely based on customs clearance in the destination country. 

Order Processing

Processing time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–6 business days. Some custom or large orders may require more time to develop, print, and process. Orders may not be processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer, and we will update you via email.

Order tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's status through the carrier's website. 

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Delays: All delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including weather, high package volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Damages and loss: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
