REFUND POLICY

Sorry, But All Sales Are Final

Due to the on-demand manufacturing process for every 3D-printed item, all sales of standard (non-custom) models are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, misread/misunderstood description, incorrect measurements by the buyer, or other non-defective reasons. 

Exceptions for defective or incorrect items:
 

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or is not the correct model you ordered, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion. 

  • Reporting period: Any issues must be reported to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.

  • Required evidence: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the item's condition and the original packaging to support your claim.

  • Resolution: After reviewing your claim, we will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a free replacement or a full refund. 

Custom Orders

Orders are non-refundable once the 3D printing process has begun. As a service that creates custom-manufactured goods, all sales are final once we have started production based on your specifications. This is because the items are made specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold.

User-Supplied Models

We do not offer refunds for printed objects that did not print correctly due to design errors in the 3D model file provided by the customer. Customers will be charged for all materials and services rendered, regardless of the final outcome, if the failure is attributed to a flaw in the provided design.
